Biswajit Ray

Biswajit Ray is Associate Professor of Bengali at Visva Bharati Unversity, Shantiniketan. His publications on Rabindranath include Rabindranath O Vivekananda: Swadeshe Samokale, Sachalatar Gan. Ray, a well-known columnist, writes regularly for the Ananda Bazar Patrika and the Sangbad Pratidin about socio-cultural aspects of Bengali life. He has received the Rupali Sahitya Samman, 2017 and the Nilanjana Sen Smriti Puraskar, 2019.
