Payel Sengupta

Payel Sengupta is a journalist by profession and a poet and creative writer by passion. She has authored the books such as Joler Matoi Bipathgami and Ananta Atmajibon (Signet press). She is the translator of the book My Name is Gauhar Jaan by Vikram Sampat and co-translator of Jhumpa Lahiri’s short stories published by Ananda Publishers. Music is her lifeline and she also writes columns on music on a regular basis.
