Poulomi Bose

Poulami Bose is an active theater worker and is the artistic director of her group Mukhomukhi. She started her acting career under Utpal Dutt in the play Ajker Shah Jahan, and acted in Ekla Cholo Re and Boniker Maandando under his direction. Poulami has performed in plays like Neelkantha, Arohon, Homapakhi, Atmakatha, Tritiyo Anko Otoeb, Chari Ganga, Sabjanta and Boshtomi under the direction of her father Soumitra Chatterjee. She has worked under directors like Suman Mukhopadhyay, Biplab Bandyopadhyay, Abanti Chakraborty, Dwijen Banerjee, among others. Poulami has choreographed and directed a dance-theater production ‘Kaalmrigaya’ in 2014.
